About The Position

Squishable is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent the brand and create an engaging customer experience at its Westfield Old Orchard store. Associates learn Squishable’s products and use that knowledge and strong communication to provide a high level of customer service and build relationships with customers.

This seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027. The position pays $15.00 per hour and requires flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Associates may have the opportunity to continue with Squishable in an ongoing role.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the busy holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
• Learn Squishable products and represent the brand to customers.
