About The Position

Donations Sorters/Pricers are the public-facing team members who welcome donors and handle donated goods. The role involves greeting donors, unloading and evaluating donations, pricing merchandise appropriately, and providing friendly, informed customer service, including assistance with receipts. Team members maintain a safe, neat, and efficient work area and may be cross-trained to operate a cash register or to hang, inspect, and tag textiles and clothing in a production-style setting. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment and handling donations that may weigh up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Able to lift incoming donations weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Team-oriented and friendly, with a willingness to help donors.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet high expectations.
• Available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and unload donated goods.
