About The Position

Retail Donations Trailer Attendants are the face of Goodwill to donors dropping off donations at donation trailer sites. They assist donors and acknowledge their support by unloading donations from vehicles and offering or issuing a receipt to every donor. Attendants sort and store donations in the trailer and maintain cleanliness, order, and security of the trailer area. The work takes place outdoors in extreme conditions, though most trailers have some form of heating or cooling, such as fans. Hours vary by location; trailers are open Monday through Sunday. Pay is $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to lift incoming donations weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including extended standing and recurring bending, crouching, reaching, or stooping.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
