About The Position

Responsibilities

Build tailored product and service solutions to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
Offer wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car products, accessories, and device protection.
Offer DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, and Internet options to complete customers’ experiences.
Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers’ needs and offering thoughtful solutions.
Represent the company and AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
Work with fellow Retail Sales Consultants to achieve a team approach to sales and customer service.
Sell AT&T products and services, including entertainment.
Work with company leaders to serve and succeed within the local community.
Attend all off-site promotional events during and after business hours.
