About The Position
Cellular World, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Spanish-bilingual Retail Sales Consultant for its Barker location. The consultant helps customers find technology and entertainment solutions, builds tailored product bundles, and works toward monthly sales objectives. Products and services include wireless phones, wearables, tablets, connected-car products, accessories, device protection, DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, and Internet. The role combines customer service and sales with support for store operations and community outreach. Consultants represent Cellular World and AT&T professionally, collaborate with teammates and leaders, and may attend promotional events outside normal business hours. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, and the opportunity for monthly bonuses. The employer reports that current full-time consultants who meet or exceed sales goals average $34,140 in first-year total compensation, while top sellers earn over $50,000 per year.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Build tailored product and service solutions to meet customers’ needs and achieve or exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Provide extraordinary, compassionate customer service and offer thoughtful solutions for individuals, families, and businesses.
- Sell AT&T wireless, entertainment, Internet, and related products and services.
- Represent Cellular World and the AT&T brand professionally and courteously.
- Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
- Work collaboratively with other Retail Sales Consultants to support team sales and customer service.
- Work with company leaders to serve and succeed in the local community.
- Attend off-site promotional events during and after business hours.
