About The Position
Cellular World is seeking a Spanish-bilingual Retail Sales Consultant for an AT&T Authorized Retailer. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, and the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. Requirements
- Must be Spanish bilingual, as indicated by the job title.

Responsibilities
- Build tailored product and service solutions that meet customers’ needs and meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers’ needs and offering thoughtful solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
- Represent Cellular World and the AT&T brand professionally and courteously.
- Sell AT&T products and services, including wireless, entertainment, and related offerings.
- Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
- Work cooperatively with other Retail Sales Consultants to achieve team sales and customer-service goals.
- Work with company leaders to serve and succeed within the local community.
- Attend all off-site promotional events during and after business hours.
