Responsibilities
- Build tailored product and service solutions for customers and meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Provide compassionate, thoughtful, and exemplary customer service by understanding customer needs.
- Sell AT&T products and services, including wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories, device protection, entertainment, and internet offerings.
- Represent Cellular World and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
- Work collaboratively with fellow Retail Sales Consultants to support team sales and customer service.
- Attend all off-site promotional events during and after business hours.
- Work with company leaders to serve and succeed within the local community.
