Requirements

Responsibilities
- Build tailored product and service solutions to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Offer wireless, wearable, tablet, connected-car, accessory, and device-protection products, along with DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, and Internet services.
- Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers’ needs and offering thoughtful solutions for individuals, families, and businesses.
- Represent Cellular World and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
- Work collaboratively with other Retail Sales Consultants to achieve team sales and customer-service goals.
- Sell AT&T products and services, including entertainment offerings.
- Work with company leaders to serve and succeed in the local community.
- Attend all off-site promotional events, including those held outside business hours.
