About The Position
Cellular World, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Spanish-bilingual Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find technology and entertainment solutions. The consultant works with wireless devices and services, wearables, tablets, connected-car products, accessories, device protection, DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, and internet. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience while meeting or exceeding monthly sales objectives. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, and the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. The posting reports average first-year total compensation of $34,140 for full-time consultants who meet or exceed sales goals, with top sellers earning over $50,000 per year. Training is provided, and the company primarily promotes from within. The position requires attendance at off-site promotional events during and after business hours, and availability most weekends, early evenings, and holidays. Consultants must be able to stand for extended periods and have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Build tailored product and service solutions for customers, including wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories, device protection, entertainment, and internet.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives and sales benchmarks.
- Provide compassionate, courteous, and professional customer service by understanding customers’ needs.
- Represent Cellular World and the AT&T brand professionally.
- Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
- Work collaboratively with other Retail Sales Consultants to support team sales and customer service.
- Work with company leaders to serve and succeed within the local community.
- Attend off-site promotional events during and after business hours.
