About The Position
Cellular World, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Spanish-bilingual Retail Sales Consultant in Mauldin. Responsibilities
- Build tailored product and service solutions for customers and meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Sell AT&T products and services, including wireless, wearables, tablets, connected-car products, accessories, device protection, entertainment, and Internet.
- Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers’ needs and offering thoughtful solutions.
- Represent Cellular World and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist company leaders with store operations and duties.
- Collaborate with fellow Retail Sales Consultants to support team sales and customer service.
- Work with company leaders to serve and succeed in the local community.
- Attend all off-site promotional events during and after business hours.
