Responsibilities
- Build tailored product and service solutions to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Deliver extraordinary customer service by understanding customers' needs and offering thoughtful solutions for individuals, families, and businesses.
- Sell AT&T products and services, including wireless, entertainment, and internet offerings.
- Represent Cellular World and the AT&T brand professionally and courteously.
- Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
- Work collaboratively with other Retail Sales Consultants to achieve team sales and customer-service goals.
- Attend all off-site promotional events, including events during and after business hours.
- Work with company leaders to serve and succeed within the local community.
