About The Position

Cellular World, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find technology and entertainment solutions. The consultant builds tailored product solutions and works toward or exceeds monthly sales objectives. The product portfolio includes wireless devices, wearables, tablets, connected car products, accessories, device protection, DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, and internet services. The role focuses on delivering an extraordinary customer experience while pursuing sales goals. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, and an opportunity for monthly bonuses. The posting states that full-time consultants who meet or exceed sales goals earn an average total compensation of $34,140 in their first year, while top sellers earn over $50,000 annually. Requirements

Responsibilities

Build tailored product and service solutions for customers and meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers’ needs and offering thoughtful solutions for individuals, families, and businesses.
Sell AT&T products and services, including wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car products, accessories, device protection, entertainment, and internet.
Represent Cellular World and the AT&T brand professionally and courteously.
Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
Work cooperatively with other Retail Sales Consultants to support team sales and customer service.
Work with company leaders to serve and succeed within the local community.
Attend all off-site promotional events, including events during and after business hours.
