Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish-English Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find products and services that meet their needs. The role uses a consultative sales approach to build meaningful customer connections, explain available options, and meet sales targets while earning commission. The consultant works with AT&T’s range of devices and services and may receive additional starting pay for bilingual skills. The position is based at an AT&T retail location in Laredo, Texas. Work includes participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. The role is fast-paced and requires flexibility as technology and customer needs evolve. Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help employees meet their goals. The stated pay range is $12.87–$25.51, with the opportunity to earn up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Commission is uncapped; the posting states that top sellers who exceed goals earn $62,460 per year. Starting salary within the range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.
