About The Position

Clarins Group is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to support locations in the Denver, Colorado market. The associate represents the Clarins brand and drives business through customer acquisition and retention while providing superior customer service. Hours vary by week and are scheduled according to business needs. The role involves creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, knowledgeable, personalized service; recruiting new customers and generating excitement at the counter; performing facial treatments and makeup applications; closing sales; and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. The position requires prior skincare experience, sales ability, and strong interpersonal skills. Requirements
