About The Position

As a part-time Merchandiser, you will independently service Hallmark departments in grocery, drug, department, and mass retail stores. You will organize and restock products, monitor inventory, maintain Hallmark displays, and build professional relationships with store employees, managers, and customers. The role uses a Hallmark-provided mobile device for daily merchandising work and communication, including reporting time, providing feedback, and completing surveys. You may also assist with seasonal resets, installations, and inventory support, and occasionally work with other companies’ products in the stores you service. The position averages 8–13 hours per week on a variable schedule during the work week. Additional days or extended hours may be needed around major holidays and seasonal changeovers. Work may include weekends and, on some occasions, the holiday itself. Department remodels and resets may involve evening or weekend work, with remodel assignments typically communicated two weeks in advance. Paid training is provided through live, hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training. Starting pay is $19.29–$21.29 per hour depending on skills and experience; eligible employees receive annual pay increases. This is physically demanding work on retail selling floors and in back stockrooms.
