About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, make personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach, you build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire customer loyalty. The role also includes keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting.

Requirements

• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
• Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges.

Responsibilities

• Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay informed about trends and promotions.
• Welcome customers and create friendly, personal conversations that build customer relationships.
• Offer personalized product and service recommendations and work toward sales goals through customer engagement and smart selling behaviors.
• Maintain a shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms by recovering merchandise, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
• Share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere farewell.
• Support colleagues with honesty, care, and collaboration.
• Take pride in work, pursue improvement, and learn from colleagues to contribute to individual and store results.
