About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the Women’s Shoes department, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, connect them with appropriate products and services, and use product knowledge and a personal approach to build trust, achieve sales goals, and inspire loyalty. The position is focused on customer service and selling, not just cashiering. You help maintain a clean, organized, inviting, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms. You review sales goals, learn about new arrivals, popular products, trends, and promotions, and engage customers through friendly, personal conversations. Throughout the day, you recover the floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, assist with merchandise moves, share loyalty program benefits, complete transactions, and thank customers. You collaborate with colleagues to serve customers and the community, contribute to individual and store results, and continually learn and improve. This is a full-time position; full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
