About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, connect them with products and services, and use product knowledge and customer engagement to achieve sales goals and build loyalty. You also help maintain a clean, organized, inviting shopping space. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create friendly, personal conversations that build customer relationships.
• Offer product recommendations and information, and use effective selling behaviors to meet sales goals.
• Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor; merchandise new receipts and support merchandise moves.
• Process damages, testers, and selected merchandise for return to vendors; update signs and pricing.
• Share the benefits of the Loyalty program, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them sincerely at the end of their visit.
• Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration.
• Use feedback and ongoing learning to improve individual and store results.
