About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to help create enjoyable Santa photo experiences at Los Cerritos Center. The role welcomes families, engages with children, takes photographs, and provides guests with memorable souvenirs. Team members deliver friendly, patient, and festive guest service while helping photo operations run smoothly from start to finish. Photography experience is not required. The position is seasonal and requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability for training meetings and required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, helping every family feel welcomed and cared for.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
