About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. Through product knowledge and customer engagement, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and inspire customer loyalty. The role also involves keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they welcome customers, build personal connections, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They also share loyalty-program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. All schedules include weekend shifts.
