About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with products and services. Working on the sales floor or in the fitting room, you use warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire customer loyalty. The role also involves keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During customer interactions, they welcome shoppers, make eye contact, and build friendly relationships. They maintain a shoppable environment by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, testers, and selected merchandise for return to vendors, updating signs and prices, and supporting merchandise moves. They share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them sincerely. Colleagues collaborate with one another, pursue sales and store goals, and continually learn and improve. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
