About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to create and maximize sales while providing customers with the best possible shopping experience. The role supports the growth of the store in a team-oriented environment. Team members are expected to be motivated, upbeat, self-directed, and able to communicate well and respond to different situations. This position is part-time and pays $12.00 per hour. It is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun and outgoing, hardworking, driven, and interested in succeeding.
• Have a natural ability to talk with people.
