About The Position
Emler Swim School is seeking a General Manager to lead a swim school in Henderson, Nevada. This is an active, full-time, salaried position involving work both in and out of the pool and frequent interaction with children, families, and coworkers. Aquatic experience is not required; comprehensive training is provided. The General Manager leads employees in aquatics and customer service, creates excellent experiences for customers and staff, and manages daily school operations and business performance. The role includes participation in a formal professional development program, with weekly first-year meetings with local business leaders focused on employee management and development, business growth, and related topics. Requirements
- Undergraduate college degree, or five years of relevant leadership or work experience may be considered.
- Two to three years of management experience supervising a department, division, site, or team.
- Demonstrated success leading, motivating, and empowering a team.
- Genuine love for teaching children.
- Ability to recognize problems and resolve them promptly.
- Excellent customer service skills and a natural inclination to say yes to customer requests.
- Ability to set goals, create plans, and turn plans into action.

Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, lead, and inspire aquatics and customer service employees.

- Salary range of $55,000–$80,000 per year.
