About The Position
SMCP is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to represent Sandro and Maje at Bloomingdale’s Century City. The role centers on providing an exceptional client experience through fashion advice, personalized styling, and lasting customer relationships. The Sales Associate helps clients make wardrobe selections, shares knowledge of collections and brand heritage, and creates an inviting, inclusive shopping environment. The position also supports store operations, including visual merchandising, floor maintenance, replenishment, and organization. The associate collaborates with the team to meet individual and team sales goals and contributes to a motivating, results-oriented workplace. Compensation includes an hourly base rate, individual commission, and sales incentives.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
- Passion for styling, fashion, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
- A team-oriented, positive, and solution-focused mindset.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Support daily store operations, including visual merchandising and floor maintenance.
- Replenish stock and keep the store organized and inviting.
