About The Position

SMCP is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for Sandro at Century City. The role is based in a fast-paced, upbeat shop-in-shop environment and involves representing Sandro and its Parisian-inspired collections while delivering a welcoming, inclusive customer experience. The associate helps build customer relationships and loyalty through styling, wardrobing, and fitting-room experiences, and contributes to a positive and productive workplace. The position also supports department-store events and promotions as a leased concession partner.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of prior service experience.
• Love of customer service.
• Friendly and outgoing communication skills.
• Passion for fashion.
• Social media savvy.
• Flexibility with scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and encourage customer loyalty.
• Create fitting-room experiences and style clients with head-to-toe wardrobing.
• Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive customer and sales associate experience.
• Maintain the sales floor.
• Use brand knowledge to cross-sell between Sandro and Maje.
• Educate clients about the brands’ exclusive collections.
• Contribute to a positive workplace.
• Partner with department-store hosts on store-wide events and promotions.
