About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate at Vuori builds connections with customers and communicates the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging approach. This is a seasonal position at the Century City location.

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting customer relationships.
Work with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback about merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge about fashion and activewear to serve as an expert for customers.
Assist with projects while prioritizing the customer experience and communicate inventory needs.
Stock the sales floor every evening and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and follow cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and promptly communicate product concerns.
