About The Position
The Sales Associate generates sales by demonstrating passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends to customers. The role also carries out initiatives and tasks assigned by the leadership team. The associate is expected to contribute positively to the store team and consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a part-time position requiring availability for 20–40 hours per week, including weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Requirements

- Proficiency in math and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience.
- Focus on full-price selling while staying aware of product value and promotions.
- Handle customer situations according to policy, work to resolve issues, and partner with leadership on escalated matters.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Execute visual directives and maintain company visual standards.
- Support organization and cleanliness standards to promote a safe working and shopping environment.
- Follow company policies, the Code of Business Conduct, the Employee Policy Guide, and the Safety Program.
- Comply with Loss Prevention policies and report violations to leadership or through the Silent Witness Hotline.
- Share customer feedback with the leadership team to improve the customer experience.
- Participate in company and store contests and events.
- Stay current on financial goals and priorities and support leadership in achieving sales and operational goals.
- Support and execute digital sales strategies, including ship from store and BOPIS.
- Represent the PacSun brand through passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends.
- Contribute to a positive working environment by consistently demonstrating core value behaviors.
- Maintain the company's fashion image by following Employee Appearance Guidelines.
- Learn about products, brands, fashion, and trends, and strive to improve individual performance as a productive team member.
