About The Position

SMCP is hiring a Sales Associate representing Sandro and Maje at Bloomingdale’s Century City. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional, elevated client experience by building customer relationships, offering personalized styling and product recommendations, and sharing knowledge of the brands, collections, craftsmanship, and heritage. The Sales Associate also supports daily store operations, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining an organized and inviting sales floor. The position contributes to personal and team sales goals and helps create a collaborative, results-oriented workplace.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
Passion for styling, fashion, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Team-oriented attitude and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
Adaptability to a fast-paced retail setting.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
