About The Position
My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is hiring a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Associate to help customers find technology solutions through AT&T products and services. The role involves engaging with customers, explaining available products and services, and guiding them through the buying process in an energetic retail environment. Associates are expected to meet individual performance goals and AT&T standards, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to personal and team sales results. The position includes paid training and opportunities to develop skills for potential advancement to the management team. The job is based at the Poway, California store and is full time, with base pay and commission.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or a customer-facing sales environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 18 years of age and legally able to be employed in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves

- Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
