About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join its retail team. The Retail Sales Associate helps deliver a strong customer experience by presenting AT&T products and services, educating customers about available solutions, and guiding them through the buying process. The role offers a base pay with commission and bonus opportunities, ongoing paid training, and potential career growth, including opportunities to develop toward the management team.

Associates work with customers and colleagues in an energetic retail environment. They are expected to meet personal performance goals and AT&T standards, provide outstanding customer service, help maintain a clean and engaging store, work collaboratively to achieve individual and team goals, and participate in marketing activities. The position requires retail or customer-facing sales experience and availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual ability is preferred, though it may not be required depending on location.

The work is physically active. Employees spend much of their time standing and walking, may occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds, and frequently reach with their hands and arms. Other tasks may involve ladders, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and handling display materials and merchandise. The role also requires dexterity for working with small mobile-phone parts and the ability to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods.

Requirements

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old, legally able to work in the United States, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged standing and walking, occasional lifting and moving of objects up to 10 pounds, and handling small parts and merchandise.
