About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the Women’s Shoes department, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, connect them with suitable products and services, and work toward sales goals by engaging customers and using effective selling behaviors. You also help keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, best-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they build customer relationships through friendly conversations, maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and prices, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their purchases, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another through honesty, care, and collaboration, and continually work to improve individual and store results. This is a full-time role. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability, and all schedules include weekend shifts. Colleagues must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level.
