About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help ensure every customer receives excellent customer service. The role involves developing product knowledge and selling to customers, promoting company programs, and helping lead and mentor colleagues. Associates maintain the store’s appearance, including stocking and general housekeeping, may cross-train for other duties, and perform other duties as assigned. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent.
Superior customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
Ability to perform periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service.
