About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help ensure every customer receives excellent customer service. The role involves building product knowledge and selling to customers, promoting company programs, and helping lead the department and support colleagues. Associates also maintain the store’s appearance, including stocking and general housekeeping, and may be cross-trained to perform other duties. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions. The estimated total annual compensation range, including base pay and variable compensation earned, is $30,000–$60,000 or more.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent.
Superior customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to hold up to 25 pounds and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistive devices.
Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for periods of time.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service.
