About The Position

Movado Group is seeking an inspiring, confident, and ambitious Part-time Sales Associate to join the Movado Company Store team at its Potomac Mills Outlet location in Woodbridge, Virginia. The associate provides exceptional customer service, builds rapport with customers, works toward individual sales goals, and develops expertise in the merchandise. The role also includes merchandising, maintaining a professional store environment, following security and loss-prevention procedures, and servicing watches through sizing and battery changes as needed. Candidates should have strong selling skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs. Develop comprehensive expertise and knowledge of the merchandise.
Merchandise products in accordance with company guidelines.
Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment.
Monitor merchandise to ensure accurate ticketing and proper display.
Follow security and loss-prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies.
Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
Support the store with additional tasks as needed.
