About The Position

Movado Group is seeking an inspiring, confident, and ambitious Part-time Sales Associate to join the Movado Company Store team at the Potomac Mills Outlet location in Woodbridge, Virginia. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, meeting individual sales goals, maintaining merchandise and store presentation, and supporting store operations. The associate may also service watches, including sizing and battery changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals established by the Store Manager.
• Develop comprehensive expertise and knowledge of the merchandise.
• Merchandise products in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment.
• Monitor merchandise to ensure accurate ticketing and proper display.
• Follow corporate security and loss prevention procedures.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
• Support the store with additional tasks as needed.
