About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help ensure every customer receives excellent service. The role includes selling products and promoting company programs, maintaining the store’s appearance, and supporting and mentoring colleagues. Associates may be cross-trained to perform other duties and may be assigned miscellaneous tasks.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Lead the department and assist or mentor colleagues.
• Promote company programs, including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships.
• Build product knowledge and sell products to customers.
• Maintain the appearance of the store, including stocking and general housekeeping duties.
• Cross-train to perform other duties as needed.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
