About The Position

Squishable is hiring a seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent its brand and products in the Woodfield Mall store during the holiday season. The associate will learn Squishable’s products and use strong communication and customer-service skills to create a fun, memorable shopping experience and build relationships with customers. The seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027.

Requirements

• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.
• Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process incoming holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
