About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a consumer-focused Stylist (Sales Associate) for its Woodfield Mall store in Schaumburg, Illinois. Reporting to the Store Manager, the role models and coaches an excellent consumer experience while supporting customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The Stylist shares the company’s values of originality and integrity, empathy, courage, and performance, and contributes to a positive store culture.

Requirements

• Interest in fashion and current trends.
• Ability to stay busy and manage multiple tasks.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Suggest outfits that reflect current trends and promotions and suit consumer needs, following Levi’s service approach.
• Promote Levi’s omnichannel experience and engage consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in accordance with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind; partner with store management on escalated issues.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment, while maintaining standards.
• Follow store procedures, policies, programs, and directives from store management.
• Model and coach the team in delivering an excellent consumer experience.
