About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a Lead Stylist (Key Holder) for its Levi’s store at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, Illinois. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder supports the leadership team and models and coaches an excellent customer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The role calls for someone who is consumer-centric, proactive, open-minded, and aligned with Levi Strauss & Co.’s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance.

The Lead Stylist helps maximize sales, train and coach team members, deliver authentic customer service, and meet sales goals. They also support getting products to the sales floor, store operations, visual merchandising, and initiatives that create a positive shopping experience. The position is part-time. The posted pay range is $15.40–$25.65 per hour, or the higher applicable minimum wage, with actual pay dependent on factors including experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Ability to comply with store policies, procedures, and programs and follow store management directives.
• Ability to meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach the team to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting sales goals.
• Help train the team and model Levi Strauss & Co. selling practices and behaviors.
• Deliver authentic customer service and help create a positive, engaging shopping experience.
• Support getting products to the sales floor, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Help implement key store initiatives.
• Comply with Levi’s Store policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
