About The Position

As a Shift Lead / Key Holder at Auntie Anne’s, you will direct day-to-day restaurant operations when the General Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. You will help ensure the team maintains high standards of food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and workplace safety. The role includes leading shifts, opening and closing the store, supporting team management and training, and helping prepare and serve fresh pretzels.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts smoothly and lead store operations when the General Manager or Assistant Manager is away.
• Open and close the store.
• Monitor employee breaks, manage scheduling, and help prevent unnecessary overtime.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Greet customers warmly and process orders accurately.
• Help the team prepare, bake, and serve fresh pretzels.
• Help maintain standards for food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
