About The Position

As a Shift Lead / Key Holder, you will direct day-to-day restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will ensure the team maintains the highest standards of food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and workplace safety. Chestnut Land Company is the largest domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne’s Soft Pretzels and Cinnabon, operating over 100 locations across 14 states. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts smoothly
• Open/close the store
• Lead operations when the GM or Assistant Manager is away
• Monitor employee breaks
• Manage scheduling
• Help prevent unnecessary overtime
• Assist in training new team members
• Greet customers warmly
• Process orders accurately
• Help the team prep, bake, and serve fresh pretzels
