About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a consumer-centric, open-minded, and proactive Sales Associate (described in the posting as a stylist) to help deliver an exceptional consumer experience. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Suggest outfits that incorporate current trends and promotions and meet consumers’ needs, following Levi’s® service approach.
• Promote the Levi’s® omnichannel experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in accordance with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind.
• Partner with store management to address elevated consumer issues.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations efficiently, including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment, while maintaining standards.
• Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
• Comply with Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Model and coach for a positive consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
