About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate at Vuori builds connections with customers and communicates the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging approach. The role focuses on creating memorable customer experiences, supporting sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and helping maintain store operations and visual standards. This is a part-time seasonal position running from 11/16/26 through 01/31/27. Weekend availability and availability to work all major winter holidays are required.

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and forge lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to ensure customers receive the best possible service.
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Build product knowledge across fashion and activewear to serve as an expert for customers.
Assist with projects while keeping the focus on customer experience.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
Collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Follow cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
