About The Position

Squishable is hiring a seasonal Retail Stock Lead for its Woodfield Mall store. The Stock Lead is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized stock room and supporting the sales floor with effective replenishment. The role supports back-of-house operations during the holiday season, keeps products easy to locate and available on the floor, and helps the team manage increased holiday traffic. The position runs from November 2026 through early January 2027 and pays $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday dates.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
