About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Stock Lead is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized stock room and supporting the sales floor through effective replenishment. This role owns back-of-house operations, keeps products easy to locate and ready for customers, and helps the sales team and Store Manager maintain efficient stock flow during the busy holiday season. The position is seasonal, from November 2026 through early January 2027, at the Mall of America location. Pay is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday dates.
• Able to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
