About The Position

Squishable is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at the Mall of America to represent the brand and create a welcoming, memorable customer experience during the holiday season. The associate will learn Squishable’s products and use that knowledge to provide a high level of customer service and build relationships with customers.

This seasonal position runs from November 2026 through early January 2027. Team members must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the busy holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support assigned opening and closing duties, particularly during peak holiday periods.
