About The Position
ZWILLING is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to help create exceptional customer experiences during our busiest holiday season. If you're energetic, customer-focused, and enjoy helping shoppers find the perfect gift, we'd love to hear from you. Our store is located at Mall of America® in Bloomington, Minnesota, one of the largest and most recognized shopping and entertainment destinations in the United States. This high-traffic flagship retail environment offers the opportunity to engage with shoppers from across the country and around the world while representing one of the most trusted names in premium culinary products.
Requirements
- Passion for cooking, food, or premium consumer products
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. and comfortably use a ladder
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
- Help achieve and exceed sales goals
- Share product knowledge and demonstrate key product features
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and store presentation standards
- Support in-store events and promotions
- Assist with inventory, shipments, and stock replenishment
- Help maintain a positive, collaborative team environment
- Accurately utilize customer relationship management tools
