About The Position

WHBM is seeking a Sales Associate for its Mall of America store. The Sales Associate helps create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects the brand’s culture of hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, providing personalized service, and contributing to store performance and presentation. The position is regular and part time, located at Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
