About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Soma, you will help create a welcoming, customer-centered store environment grounded in hospitality. You will build genuine connections with customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service while supporting store performance and brand standards. The role also involves collaborating with teammates and assisting store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and organization.

• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
