About The Position

ZWILLING is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to help create exceptional customer experiences during its busiest holiday season. The role is based at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota, a high-traffic flagship retail environment where associates engage with shoppers from across the country and around the world while representing ZWILLING premium culinary products.

This is a temporary, seasonal position expected to run from November 15, 2026, through January 15, 2027. The assignment may end earlier or later based on business needs, and continued employment beyond the seasonal period is not guaranteed. The hourly rate is $15.00–$20.00, depending on location and the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set.

Requirements

• Passion for cooking, food, or premium consumer products.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and comfortably use a ladder.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
